We fell shy of the amount of signatures we needed this time around. We thank each and every one of you for your support in holding our two county commissionaires that violated their constitutional oath and our rights to account. This is one way we all choose to redress our grievances, we are not done and justice will prevail with all your help.

and our Constitutional Rights upheld!

STATEMENT FOR RECALL FOR RAY DOUGLAS

Ray Douglas was elected to represent and serve Park County, to uphold the US and Colorado Constitutions, and protect our rights, but has failed to execute this sacred duty and he violated his sworn constitutional oath. He repeatedly signed Public Health Orders that infringed upon our right to peaceably assemble, freely practice religion, and that stated we would be “physically restrained to our homes for illness”. By limiting attendance at county public meetings he infringed upon citizens’ right to redress the government. There was no due process when enacting these mandates and it was done in exchange for money.

He told citizens of Park County to address their grievances to the state since he was merely responding to the Governor's unconstitutional orders. However, one of the functions of County Commissioners is to represent the interests of their constituents to the state.

Historical precedence has been established that following orders from any entity is not sufficient justification for infringing on individual rights, in any situation.

We are guaranteed life, liberty, property and happiness that cannot be taken from us without due process, and he has violated that right.

STATEMENT FOR RECALL FOR RICHARD ELSNER

Richard Elsner was elected to represent and serve Park County, to uphold the US and Colorado Constitutions, and protect our rights, but has failed to execute this sacred duty and he violated his sworn constitutional oath. He repeatedly signed Public Health Orders that infringed upon our right to peaceably assemble, freely practice religion, and that stated we would be “physically restrained to our homes for illness”. By limiting attendance at county public meetings he infringed upon citizens’ right to redress the government, and further infringed upon that right by muting people in the electronic platform therefore violating our 1st amendment right. There was no due process when enacting these mandates and it was done in exchange for money.

When asked by citizens to justify his signature on these Public Health Orders in violation of his oath of office, his response was that those citizens should take their grievances to the state since he was merely responding to the Governor's unconstitutional orders. However, one of the functions of County Commissioners is to represent the interests of their constituents to the state.
