1. Attended weekly BOCC sessions
- Went to in person work sessions (as much as we were allowed with all mandates in place) & zoom sessions & public recorded sessions voicing our concerns & making requests since December 2020
- Requested a resolution be adopted to protect our constitutional rights
- Gave several examples of resolutions and sanctuary county resolutions (was tabled & never revisited after March 2021)
- Had Conversations with them (as much as we were "allowed" to speak per Dick Elsner)
- Requested all Public Health Orders infringing upon our right not be signed
- Requested they not take the money the state was going to give them to sign these PHO's (1.8 Million)
- Since signing the PHO's, we have sought an open record request as to where the money was spent and how the people of Park County in need where given the opportunity to access this money (though the money never should have been taken in the 1st place).
- Voiced our concerns on Dominion Voting systems as early as January and again in sessions, many in which we were shut down, and concerns recorded in emails up until August 2021 Dominion Vote.
- Hundreds of people voiced their opinions and made requests against the mandates, against any business being deemed non-essential, against anything being signed that took away our constitutional rights.
- 200+ People of Park County signed in person & online petitions, emailed the Board of County Commissioners, called them & went to in person meetings and Dick and Ray would not listen in opposition of anything violating our constitutional rights and against anyone coming into our home and physically restraining us for an illness.
- Advised the BOCC that anything that violates the Constitution is considered null and void, also advised them we do not consent to be governed this way and we DO NOT COMPLY
- Advised the BOCC that the moment that they violate the constitution they can be removed from office and held accountable to the full extent of the law
- Sent the below affidavit (please read fully to see all the US & CO Constitution violations- Declaration of Truth to both Ray Douglas & Dick Elsner, they received and these were NEVER REFUTTED
- An Un-refuted Affidavit holds up as truth/evidence/fact in a court of law (this was done by several people & sent to all their supervisory agents locally, state wide & nationally)
- A Formal Complaint was given to the Park County Sheriff & DA & all supervisory agents and no action was taken by any of them to legally remove Dick Elsner & Ray Douglas from office for everything they have done

4. RECALL STARTED
- Group aligned on taking next step and doing Recall Process & choosing a CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE to replace each person.
- Recall Petition started 9/8/21 to gather enough signatures to then have a Recall Election
- We have a Constitutional right to Redress Our Grievances, this is simply one of the ways we have chosen to
- Please consider using your voice to redress your grievances and help us in all ways we are currently taking action to restore all of our rights and hold those accountable for infringing upon them.
